Born in NZ a country girl at heart moved to live in paradise on the Gold Coast, Sharon has raised her family and has been an active member in the Coomera  Rotary  club,  walked its streets, watched its skyline rise, and built a life shaped by its evolving property market. Her deep community roots, paired with a no-nonsense approach, makes her a trusted guide for buyers, sellers, and investors across Queensland.

Before founding Niche Boutique Realty, Sharon cut her teeth at Elders Real Estate, where she earned a reputation as a top performer — notably selling four rural properties within just one year, a testament to her sharp instincts and client-first approach.

Today, Sharon is pioneering a bold dual-location model: operating remotely between the Gold Coast and Wondai/South Burnett, backed by a hand-picked team of on-the-ground representatives who ensure every listing gets the local attention it deserves.
